The platform now acts as a single source of truth for all damage repairs , from capture to completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the biggest early wins? Instant claim case creation. Any time a vehicle damage image is captured via the app, a Vehicle Incident Report (VIR) is automatically generated, and the eRepair system instantly creates a claim. The old manual-entry process is gone \u2014 along with the risk of missed or delayed cases. This allowed for targeted onboarding, reduced disruption, and direct support where it was needed most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe support from Martin Bennie and the Autorola team has been exceptional\u2026 The communication and ongoing help from project start to the current time has been appreciated immensely\u201d, Joanne Caulfield continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Autorola team worked side by side with Hertz staff and suppliers, offering rapid query responses, hands-on error resolution, supplier training, and clear, consistent communication. This approach built user confidence and ensured early adoption stuck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opening the door to new services<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond claims, the platform is expanding Hertz\u2019s capabilities. Puncture and windscreen chip repairs can now be processed through eRepair \u2014 something the old system couldn\u2019t handle.
